Privacy notice
Issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect the least we can and keep it for as short a time as we can.
What we collect, and why
Your phone number, so we can verify it is you and send your confirmation on WhatsApp. Your full name, so your companion knows who he is meeting — he is told your first name only. The area you chose, so we can arrange the meeting. An optional note, if you write one. Nothing else: no email, no address, no photograph, no contacts, no location tracking.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not give your phone number to your companion — coordination goes through our business number so there is a record of it.
How long we keep it
Booking records, including your name and the area, are kept for 24 months from the booking date. We keep them that long because payment disputes, refunds and any incident record may need to be looked at again. After 24 months they are deleted.
Deleting your data
Ask us and we will delete it. Email or call 8239006864 from the number on the account. We will confirm within 7 days and complete it within 30. We may have to keep the minimum needed for tax and payment records, and we will tell you exactly what that is.
Who processes it for us
Supabase hosts our database. Razorpay processes payments and holds the payment records the law requires them to hold — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Vercel hosts the website. Google Analytics gives us anonymous traffic figures.
Grievance contact
Under the DPDP Act you can raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer at or 8239006864. We respond within 7 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
